B.D.R. is an intimate team of Family & Friends. Many of our team has a relationship that spans decades. Founded by Brian Roscoe, a Honorably Discharged Veteran and Colorado transplant from Michigan. Brian has integrated his hard working Mid-West mentality and Core Army Values into the business . Many of our team members are proud Colorado Natives. Our team comes from different cultures and back grounds. We are diverse in personalities but very much the same in Quality of Character. B.D.R. does not pride it's self on the "polo shirt, tablet totting" presentation many companies choose. B.D.R. is built to work hard. We may show up in clothing that shows our days efforts: Because WE GRIND. Our Team are the installers, not desk top broker or sell your job. We do not drive rolling billboards or branded trucks. Our vehicles are tools of the trade and reflect the work we perform. We are not as concerned about perceptions as much as our persona: and we believe our work speaks for its self.
